By accessing or using any part of the w55 platform — including the website at w55.cam, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all games, betting markets, and account features made available therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and w55 (the operator). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the w55 platform and close your account.

These terms are supplemented by the w55 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Use of the w55 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The w55 platform is strictly for adults. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited without exception.
• You are acting as an individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the w55 platform or had your account permanently closed due to a breach of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of w55, nor a family member of any such person, where that relationship would create a conflict of interest in relation to the use of promotional offers.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction .

w55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority. Where age cannot be verified to w55's satisfaction, the account will be suspended until verification is complete. If a player is found to be under 18, all funds deposited will be returned and all winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

To access the full range of w55 services — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, and sports betting — you must register a player account via the w55 Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

One account per person. Each individual may register and maintain only one active w55 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, w55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w55 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact w55 support immediately at [email protected].

Account verification (KYC). w55 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities until the verification process is finalised.

Two-factor authentication. w55 offers SMS OTP-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for all player accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to protect their accounts from unauthorised access. w55 will not be held liable for account losses resulting from a player's failure to enable available security features.

• Provide truthful, accurate information at registration and update it promptly if it changes.
• Use a strong, unique password for your w55 account.
• Never share your account credentials with another person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] without delay.

All financial transactions on the w55 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). w55 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard card processing fees may apply to Visa and Mastercard transactions as determined by the issuing institution.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your w55 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. w55 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor, your mobile network operator, or your financial institution.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during operational hours (10:00–24:00 BST). Processing times for Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard withdrawals may vary. All withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements and KYC verification.

Payment method matching. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player accounts. Where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, w55 will request documentary confirmation before processing the withdrawal via an alternative method.

Transaction limits. w55 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes. Where limits are imposed, w55 will notify the affected player via their registered contact details.

w55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cricket calendar and cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

Wagering requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and bonus expiry date are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Players should read all promotion terms carefully before opting in.

Opt-in only. No bonus on the w55 platform is automatically applied to a player's account without their explicit opt-in. Players are never obligated to claim a bonus offer. If a player prefers to deposit and play without a bonus, they may do so freely.

Bonus abuse. w55 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements, using software or automated tools to exploit bonus terms, and colluding with other players to generate artificial bonus winnings. Where bonus abuse is detected, all associated bonus balances and any winnings derived from abusive play will be forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and are aged 18 or above.
• A maximum withdrawal cap may apply to winnings generated from bonus funds — this cap is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• w55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited will be handled in accordance with the cancellation notice.
• Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to deposit limits for responsible gaming reasons are not eligible for promotional offers during the relevant restriction period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w55 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

1. Fraudulent activity. Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits. Initiating false chargebacks after receiving gambling services. Misrepresenting your identity during registration or KYC.
2. Collusion. Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools. This includes communicating hand information, coordinating bets, or exploiting platform features through coordinated multi-account play.
3. Use of automated software. Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software that interacts with the w55 platform in a manner not sanctioned by w55. This applies to casino games, sports betting, and any other feature of the platform.
4. Money laundering. Using the w55 platform as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. All suspicious transactions are monitored and may be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
5. Underage gambling. Attempting to register or gamble while under the age of 18, or assisting a person under 18 to access gambling services on the w55 platform.
6. Account sharing. Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place bets using your w55 account. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
7. Exploiting technical errors. Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of technical errors will be void and subject to forfeiture.

w55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legally binding instruction requiring account closure.

Player-initiated closure. You may request the closure of your w55 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Where closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons (e.g., self-exclusion), w55 will process the request immediately and without requiring a waiting period. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist.

Inactive account handling. Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. w55 will attempt to contact the player via their registered contact details before applying any inactivity policy. Any real-money balance in an inactive account will be held for a period of 36 months from the date of last activity, after which it may be forfeited in accordance with applicable dormancy rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the w55 platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses resulting from the outcome of any game, bet, or wager placed on the platform.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or force majeure events.
• Loss of data, account access, or funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations caused by software bugs or data feed failures, where w55 has taken reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delays or refusals of deposits or withdrawals.

No warranty. The w55 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. w55 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. All games are provided by third-party studios whose performance is governed by their own technical infrastructure and certification standards.

Governing law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w55 is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and w55 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
